Christopher Boykin
November 11, 1975 - May 11, 2017
It is customary for us all, our thoughts, our morals, our most fixed beliefs are consequences of our births, and so it was with Mr. Christopher D’Angelo Boykin. He was born to the late Mr. Albert Larry Boykin and Mrs. Margaret G. Boykin on November 11, 1975 in Atlanta, Georgia. He went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at home. He was preceded in death by his father, Mr. Albert Larry Boykin; grandparents, Mr. Jimmy Lee Grier and Mrs. Eunice Grier; Mr. Al Bert Boykin and Mrs. Geneva Boykin. Christopher Boykin affectingly known as “Chris” attended Atlanta Public Schools and was a proud graduate of North Atlanta High School in Atlanta, Georgia. Chris joined Hunter Hill First Missionary Baptist Church at an early age where he served faithfully; he sang in the youth choir, served on the usher board, and the media ministry. Chris was well loved by his family and friends and believed in helping others. Everyone that met Chris automatically fell in love with his gentle spirit and it was a love that was never forgotten. He was dedicated and always had a strong work ethic. He was extremely devoted to his family. He leaves to cherish his memories: his mother Mrs. Margaret Boykin of Atlanta, Georgia; brother, Corey Eugene Boykin; sister Kimberly Denese Boykin; nephew, Evann L. Brown all of Atlanta, Georgia. A host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
