July 4, 1943 - June 15, 2022

"Eddie" Relocated from Gainesville to Los Angelos, Ca. at the age of 19. He was born in Greensboro Ga. to Joseph and Ina Bell Burns Law July 04, 1943. He was educated at Beulah Rucker School in Gainesville. His first employment was with a local Trucking company backing Trailers into the loading dock. That job and his love of driving fueled his passion to become a Longhaul Trucker a job he enjoyed for several decades. He retired from Pacific Bell Telephone Company as a Installations Technician. Edward never married. He was of the Christian Faith. He never joined a Congregation but attended and enjoyed weekday Bible Study while living in California. He had a witty sense of humor, he enjoyed fun and laughter, Family Gatherings, Current Events and keeping abreast of any and all Political News of which he enjoyed sharing his views.He liked the game of Domino's. He enjoyed all Sports with is favorite being Auto and Motorcycle Racing. His side job and hobby was repairing and rebuilding cars and Motorcycles of which he was proficient. He was the youngest of his family and his Sister's loved him deeply. He was preceded in death by his parent's. Brothers Veron, Joseph Jr and Ollie B. Law Sister's Julia Gatlin, Alice Faye Law, Bernice Thurmond, Emma Tutman and Honor Ray Hall. Edward is survived by his Sister's Dorothy Durant of Philadelphia, PA. and Betty Owen's of Gainesville,Ga. Special Niece's Petula Howard and Gail Law both of Gainesville,Ga. He also leaves several other Nieces Nephews, Cousins and Friends, the Administration and Staff of Bell Minor Nursing Home of Gainesville and the many visitors.
